HOW DO WE MEASURE IMPACT?

Level 1: REACTION

We gauge immediate responses and satisfaction with the program through post-program surveys and feedback forms.

Level 2 - LEARNING

We assess participants' acquisition of new knowledge and skills using quizzes and pre- and post-program ratings.

Level 3 - BEHAVIOUR

We evaluate how participants apply what they learned in real-life situations and interactions through facilitator observations and post-program reports from parents or guardians.

Level 4 - RESULTS

We evaluate how the program affects participants and their communities by looking at the results of projects they start and measuring changes in community or social measures.
