LEADERONOMICS YOUTH LEADERSHIP CAMPS

Leaderonomics is a unique social enterprise that funds its community initiatives through revenues generated by providing corporate services.

DIODE is the brand of the camps, workshops, and events organized by Leaderonomics throughout each year. The objective is mainly to develop leadership skills in youth between the ages of 12 and 21, through events, activities and camps. DIODE camps provide youth with hands-on experiences in project management, communication skills, self-discovery, teamwork, critical thinking and decision making. The camps aim to take youth developments to a different level by committing to a lifelong friendship with the participants.

ECM Libra Foundation has worked with Leaderonomics over the years and sponsors youths from underprivileged background, mostly from selected welfare homes, for them to attend the Leaderonomics camps during the school holidays. From the feedback received, the children not only enjoyed themselves but have benefitted much in terms of building communication and leadership skills.
